ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Choosing 1-on-1 training gives you an allotted time with your trainer, along with your customized fitness plan. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle. increase endurance, your trainer will make that happen.
Each 1-on-1 session visit provides a full body workout, emotional support, education, accountability, awareness and individualized fitness instruction and motivation
SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS
With semi private training, we design a program based on your goals while training with your friend or partner. Semi-private can cultivate fun and dynamic workouts that emphasize teamwork and cooperation.
Small Group sessions
Small group sessions take the fun and support of a large group class and combines it with the personalization of 1-on-1 training but without the huge class and higher price tags. Each member has their own program, built after the assessment and goal setting session.
